With F-Zero GX Nintendo actually asked Sega to make this game for them, but Sega have never had any issues making games and it shows here.

Making it faster and looking better than ever

They managed to update a game that by this time was starting to age and you can see Sega influence when playing this. It has that Sega arcade smell about it...not surprising seeing as they also made an actual arcade version of this called F-Zero AX which you could take your Gamecube memory card to to earn extra ship parts and racers.

Sega's influence is undeniable and they kept pretty close to the source material from that last two games, not straying to far from the original concept and set up of the races etc. Somehow making it even faster than before and looking better than ever, this game has aged well for being nearly a decade old and is probably the closest to feeling actual G-Forces whilst sitting in front of your TV!
